Not too many years ago I decided to leave behind teaching, take a leap of faith and retrain. I've always been a visual creature, noticing detail, colour, shape
and form in the most unusual places. Forever doodling,
painting and experimenting with desktop publishing programs and courses. And whilst teaching Art to secondary school children was enormously fun and fulfilling,
I had a deep-seated desire to
create images that had a purpose. Inspired, I think......by the illustrated album sleeves and Penguin book covers that littered my childhood home.

After graduating in 2010, with an Essex University BA Hons degree in Art and Design (Graphic Media), I set upon realizing my adolescent dream, creating a studio space in my home. Where I've been happily working with businesses and individuals alike ever since, helping to solve all kinds of visual communication needs and desires.

When I'm not working on other people's designs I like to create poster artwork. I love the versatility of a poster and its potentially temporary influence. How it can invoke a meaningful contemplation or trigger the recall of a vivid memory. How it can alter our momentary thoughts and encourage fresh perspective.
